Hanase 120 is renowned for our creative home comfort cuisine.
Guests who wish to dine only, we would be honoured to create a memorable dining experience for you: up to 12 guests, whether it be lunch, afternoon tea or dinner.
Simon was formally trained in a European culinary background and our cuisine showcases his 30 years of international experience with an eclectic mix of Western & Japanese fusion featuring mainly locally sourced regional ingredients. Even our pastries, breads and chocolates are freshly made on the premises.
A hand-selected drinks menu is available, and we do stock some nice Australian wines. You are also welcome to bring your own beverages.
